This individual will manage an external agency for event logistics and serve as the primary contact for all internal groups. A strong background in event marketing including integrated marketing techniques, creative development, execution, measurement and budget management is required. This individual must have the ability to work with a wide variety of people including senior executives, sales VPs, product managers, sales engineers, customers and partners to understand their requirements and deliver actions and coordinate efforts. Must be able to balance priorities and executive requests against event timing and cost. Responsible for coordinating interactive elements including all outbound communications, such as email, direct mail campaigns, website content, and sales tools.
